Flame City's V-mon evolves into XV-mon in the postgame after clearing Beginner City's second Battle Arena. Upon talking to him in the Battle Café, he'll open Flame City's Extra Arena, explaining that it's an Arena for his evolved forms. In it, XV-mon serves as the first fight, where he warns the player that even if he's beaten, he'll just evolve right away, so he shouldn't lower his guard. XV-mon plays the V Strong deck, a Red/Flame deck with 4 attack, 2 defense and 3 evolution speed that boasts strong counter-attacks.

XV-mon is also an obtainable Adult-level Red/Flame card whose stats are:

  • HP: 810
  • DP: 40
  • +P: 10
  • Circle attack: 580
  • Triangle attack: 480
  • X attack: 0, Circle Counter
  • Support Ability: If own level is Armor, boost attack power +300.

XV-mon's attacks are X-Laser, Strong Crunch andHearty Shatter.
